Thrift Store Staff
Volunteers at the WIN Thrift Store will help customers and sort, price and display donated household items including furniture, bedding, toys, appliances, dishes and more. Volunteers can meet Karen Dionisio, Executive Director, in person during regular store hours of 10am-6pm on Thursdays and Fridays, and 10am-4pm on Saturdays, call 410.778.3844 or email programs@win-foundation.org
Alley Tutors and Recreation Supervisors
Volunteer tutors and recreation supervisors help local teens with homework in all subjects including math (pre-algebra & algebra), reading, social studies, science and Spanish, and supervise teens playing pool, Rock Band, computer games, chess and checkers from 3-7pm, Monday through Thursday during the school year. Activity/Discussion Leaders
Activity leaders and discussion leaders will share their skills and knowledge with small groups of teens for one or more 2 hour sessions during the summer or the school year. Previous topics have included knitting, quilting, kayaking, sketching, women's health and relationships. If you have a special interest or skill, please share it with us!
