Budget Counseling Program
WIN offers housing participants comprehensive budget counseling and supervision. Individualized education assessment and basic resume preparation is also provided.

Transitional Housing
WIN maintains three locations in Kent County where qualifying families may reside short-term while they achieve their goals of complete self-sufficiency and success.

Rental Subsidies
WIN offers rental subsidies and emergency move-in cost for families in economic distress.

Transportation Assistance
Emergency funds are available for vehicle maintenance for families needing transportation to maintain employment.

Emergency Assistance
These funds are available for child-care, utilities, and medical prescriptions.

The Basics
The WIN Thrift Store offers basic and practical household items at no cost to qualifying families. Local families have received an average $4,000 per year in general merchandise. Items such as beds, sofas, dishes, dressers and other household necessities are available.

Youth

the alley teen center is a place where teens can find support and guidance in a caring atmosphere. the alley provides the individualized academic and relational encouragement students need to set goals, succeed in school and reach their potential.

Community

The Win Thrift Store accepts donated items for sale to the community. Sales from the store provide over 90% of the funding for all of WIN's programs. Not only does this meet the community's needs for affordable household items, but it also supports local recycling efforts and reduces landfill waste.
